With a Fanuc robot, this robotic cell bags and palletizes 2 kg ice blocks. It incorporates a block press, bagging machine, sealer, robot base, gripper, pallet feed magazine with conveyor as well as its enclosure.

It is a very compact unit with a remarkably small footprint. Manufactured mainly from stainless steel, making it corrosion resistant.

Its pallet magazine renders possible the handling of cardboard separator sheets. What’s more? being on wheels, it can be easily removed to free up floor space.

Tailored to the customer’s needs, this bagging machine is connected to a hydraulic press used to form 2 kg ice blocks. Its ultra-compact, innovative, food-grade design includes a buffer station and a shock-absorbing table to prevent any damage to the product. Features a bag sealer mounted on a retractable articulated arm, providing easy access for equipment maintenance and servicing. The blocks are transferred from the bagging machine by air actuators to allow them to be picked up by the robot gripper.
